Young Topologists Meeting 2019 - EPFL

We are pleased to announce that next year's Young Topologists Meeting will be held from Monday, July 22, to Friday, July 26, 2019 at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The conference is intended as an opportunity for graduate students, recent PhDs, and other junior researchers in topology (both pure and applied) to meet each other and share their work. In addition to short talks by participants, the program for the meeting will include two lecture series by:

  • Vidit Nanda, University of Oxford

School on Topological Data Analysis, Guanajuato, Mexico

We are pleased to announce the 5th School on Topological Data Analysis and Related Topics, which will take place at the Centro de Investigación en Matemáticas in Guanajuato, Mexico, on November 19th-23rd. The school is part of the joint effort between CIMAT, CINVESTAV, UNAM, and other institutions to promote the development of topological data analysis in Mexico and Latin America, and is structured to foster interaction and discussion among all participants, both researchers and students alike.

The school will consist of 3 mini-courses by the following speakers:

as well as invited talks by:
