About the Position This position will contribute to the research effort being led by Katharine Turner, in collaboration with Stephen Roberts and Markus Hegland, within the Mathematical Sciences Institute. The position will collaborate with them on modelling stratified spaces from point cloud data using methods from computational topology. The position will also collaborate with other internal and external researchers relevant to the project, along with research students and professional staff, as required. In addition, the postdoctoral fellow will have multiple opportunities to present their findings at conferences and workshops. Applicants are expected to have an outstanding research record in computational topology or a related area, as evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals, software development and attendance at workshops and conferences.
